In short: Laser Dodge does not collect any personal data. The only third-party service we use is Google AdMob for advertising. In-app purchases for Volts are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how the Laser Dodge mobile application ("the App") handles user privacy. The App is developed by Mustafa Yalçın Canbay, Kayra Çolak, and Gökberk Dökmen ("the Developers").

By downloading and using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not request or process:

Your name, email, or phone number
Your location
Contacts, photos, or files
Any custom analytics or behavioral tracking

3. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED

The App does not require registration or sign-in. There is no user account, and no login credentials are stored.

4. LOCAL GAME DATA

Your in-game progress (score, Volts, unlocked characters and themes, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, sync, or back up this data to any server. Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

5. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. For ad personalization, AdMob may access a device-level advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android). You can:

Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings
Limit ad tracking entirely via iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android's "Reset/Delete advertising ID" option

6. IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers optional in-app purchases for in-game Volts. Volts can be used to unlock characters (skins) and worlds (themes) within the App. Volts have no real-world value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by the relevant app store policy.

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment information is handled solely by those platforms and is never seen by us. See:

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for users aged 12 and over. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data at all, no age-specific data handling is required.

8. DATA SECURITY

Because we do not collect or store user data on any server, there is no user data for us to secure or protect. All gameplay data remains on your device.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the current version.
