TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Laser Dodge mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. LICENSE

Mustafa Yalçın Canbay, Kayra Çolak, and Gökberk Dökmen ("the Developers") grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The following are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
• Using cheats, modifications, or third-party tools that alter gameplay or scores
• Reselling, renting, or sublicensing the App to third parties
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all its content (gameplay mechanics, pixel-art visuals, characters, themes, sound, music, text) are owned by the Developers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND VOLTS

The App includes virtual items such as in-game Volts, characters (skins), and worlds (themes). Volts can be earned by playing or purchased through the app store. Volts are used solely to unlock characters and themes within the App.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable. If the App is discontinued, no compensation will be issued for unused virtual items.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

Volt packs are sold through Apple App Store and Google Play. All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. The Developers do not process payments directly.

5. ADVERTISING

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you accept that ads may be shown. See our Privacy Policy for details on opting out of personalized ads.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". The Developers make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. UPDATES AND CHANGES

The Developers reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated; the latest version will be posted on this page.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The App is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play, and uses Google AdMob for advertising. Each of these platforms has its own terms of service, which apply alongside these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Türkiye.
